ABILITIES

☔In the rain, Loke becomes super speedy and heals faster in it. In addition to such, Loke can manipulate the shape of the rain as means of attacking.
☔☔He can also absorb energy from the sun, which he uses to heal himself or, in more dire situations, expel a blast of light at his opponents.
☔☔Finally, Loke fights better in any area that wasn't built by man, as the greenery around him gives him a slight power boost.

☔Whenever festive music is played, one of two things may happen: Loke will either unwillingly begin to dance very well to the music, or his attack power will be increased tenfold. The former usually happens when Loke doesn't feel like he's in danger while the latter is more likely to occur when he's in a tough spot.
☔☔HOWEVER, it should be noted that Loke's random dancing can also be beneficial for him in battle, as it may very well influence anyone around him (friend or foe) to unwillingly join in on the dancing! And everyone (Loke included) won't stop dancing until the music ends!

☔Whether he likes it or not, Loke always feels obliged to join parties or people who are having a good time.

PERSONALITY

☔Somewhat like his Ludicolo counterpart, Loke's rather apathetic when it comes to the world around him. He couldn't care less about the Committee's plans according to the Rebels or the Rebels' plans according to the Committee.

☔In a sense, Loke's kind of like everyone's big brother. He's the type of guy someone would go to if they needed some consoling of any sort. Loke's pretty cool about it, too.
☔☔He doesn't consider himself to have any friends despite this. He truly prefers to think of himself as a "loner".

☔Loke is very pacifistic and will avoid battle or conflict as much as possible.
☔☔Sometimes, if he finds himself in a battle he can't escape from, he'll take out a radio and begin playing festive music in an attempt to solve the conflict peacefully. He isn't the best at persuasion, else he'd use that to soothe others.
☔☔It is extremely hard to make Loke angry. In fact, it's currently unknown what his berserk button is.
